I got upgrade to “better” room, which it turned out to be dated, dirty and worn out. It was supposed to be a “5 star” hotel and experience, in reality the hotel should receive 3 stars at max. Bathroom was dirty, towels were unusable, smelly. Floors were scratched, dirty and all decor was outdated and worn out. No one at the reception even ask “how was our stay”. Very disappointed stay, I wish I would have booked another hotel in the area.

Second time staying here. Very nice hotel, staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet was good. Could also order an omelet which my husband did. Staff at breakfast was very attentive to your needs. Good bed and pillows. Short walk to Stare Rynek.

Upon accessing my room, there was an odd odour and could see several mosquitos which left me feeling quite paranoid. Then when putting the air conditioning on, this then caused a foul rotten egg smell for several hours in the early hours of the morning. I complained and got a free upgrade and a refund where staff were super helpful. However, my first night was ruined by this horrific smell I had to endure. Definitely will not be staying here again.
