I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant.

Lovely food, quite beautiful hotel, staff more than okay. We had all inclusive for a week and i genuinely recommend this to anyone. Not much to do around it apart from going to beaches, but such is the landscape of the island. For relaxing, soaking in the sun it's more than perfect.

The entertainment was excellent especially Wajde in the animation team. The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power. Food choice was limited as was the drinks at lunch and dinner, the waiters were polite and friendly unless you asked for a second drink, you couldn't self serve which was an inconvenience

Here for a one week break and deliberately chose it for reasonable access to Cofete and the beaches around Esmeralda. The drive down from the airport was very easy and finding the hotel was a dawdle too. Food was good and varied, as was the drink. I did feel they were slightly understaffed at times particularly at peak meal times. I would however return, and recommend it to others.

Extraordinary hotel regarding the price. Room was very clean, hotel looks very well maintained, especially for the age and climate which is very rare on the canarian islands. The restaurant has the best outlook I've ever had, the food in the buffet restaurant was always great, with a good choice and always refilled on time. Here was the only very slight downside I could find, sometimes the food wasn't perfectly heated and the signes were sometimes misplaced, but regarding that the food was on a 5 star level I can't really count this as a downside.

The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was excellent. The room was comfortable though faces the carpark and had a blocked toilet for 2 days. Checking in and the reception staff were very inadequate. They kept us waiting for an hour to get our room. Wanted loads of pointless information off us when they already had our booking reference and passports we then had to wait another 30 mins for someone to show us the room we could of easily found ourself and then he hung around obviously waiting for a tip???? Two days into our stay after revcirving full payment off us they asked us to reception again to go through all the tedious checking in again because they missed something. I had to tell the confussed girl to do it herslf as i was having breakfast and want nothing more to do with them. After that it was meraculasly all forgotten . I think they need some training put in place as i heard from other people having the same problem with them. I have been to many hotels and never spent more then 15 mins at reception checkong in.

We were not really enthusiastic about this hotel, Although the rooms and commons are very clean, the architecture of this hotel is lousy. As a result of this, many rooms have no view or an unpleasant view . Ex. seaview rooms look at sea but over the roofs of 1 or 2 or 3 buildings standing in front. If you arre lucky to have a room in the front building over pooland with seaview in the distance,you will eventually be under the main dining room with a lot of noise from 7 to 11 and then from 1 to 3 and then again from 6 to 10.30. The food is very low quality at the buffet but even worse at the pool bar for lunch. Happily we had only a booking B&B but we ate there once in the evening and twice for lunch. After that we would rather go out to eat. Really too expensive for the low quality.

Avis sur le H10 Playa Esmeralda Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 14 au 28 février 2026, pour la deuxième année consécutive à la même période. Nous y étions déjà venus 15 jours l’an dernier et nous avions tellement apprécié l’établissement que nous avons décidé d’y revenir. 🌊 Chambre et vue mer Nous avions réservé une chambre avec option vue mer. À notre arrivée, la première chambre attribuée ne correspondait malheureusement pas du tout à la réservation… la vue donnait sur un mur plutôt que sur la mer ! Heureusement, après en avoir fait la demande à la réception, nous avons pu changer de chambre rapidement. Merci à l’équipe pour leur réactivité. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien. L’hôtel est ancien, mais très bien entretenu. L’an dernier nous avions une douche à l’italienne ; cette année, une baignoire. Les deux configurations étaient confortables. ☀️ Piscine extérieure chauffée : excellente surprise 2026 ! Très bonne surprise cette année : la piscine extérieure est désormais chauffée ! Quel plaisir de pouvoir se baigner en plein soleil dans une eau à 26–28°C en février. Un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre vue mer grande et lumineuse avec une terrasse spacieuse et très propre. Le restaurant italien et celui du privilège (accessibles uniquement avec le surclassement payant privilège) sont un vrai plus dans l offre des repas à celui du buffet. La salle à manger réservée à tous offre un buffet varié et de bonne qualité mais dans un cadre un peu « cantine » qui pourrait être mis au goût du jour, un peu plus moderne et cosy. La terrasse est très agréable mais reste petite si l hôtel est bien rempli. Le café est très appréciable pour une boisson et une pâtisserie et le restaurant bar plage a une jolie offre de petits plats et snacks. La piscine principale est grande, chauffée et impeccable. Celle d intérieure mériterait une petite rénovation . Petites taches , petites traces d algues à certains endroits. Le lieu est très propre avec de la belle végétation. Il y a de petites terrasses sympas et surtout une plage depuis l hôtel très jolie d où l on peut faire de très belles promenades le long de la côte. Tout le personnel est à l écoute , aimable et souriant. L endroit est calme et la musique du bar central s arrête vers 23h ce qui permet aux chambres qui s y trouvent près de ne pas être trop gênées. Un très bel endroit pour des vacances sportives et reposantes
