Overall the hotel was fine. A little difficult to get there at night because of some road work but nothing too bad. They offer free access asking which is a plus. Once inside the staff was really friendly. The first problem I encounter was that in order to get to my assigned room I had to go through a small hall and go down a couple stairs into the restaurant they have inside, then open a door that led to some small spiral stairs and go up with all my luggage. I was afraid to trip an fall so I had to do two trips up and down to get all my stuff in the room. Once I was finally there I decided to take a bath, which was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel, because they had a bathtub, and to my horror… they didn’t have hot water!!! This is 11pm at 1C. I was really frustrated and went downstairs to talk to the front desk person and the man that was there didn’t really speak English and all he could said was that they had a problem with the pipe so no hot water. I was really disappointed and frustrated ( and very cold after my quick cold shower) If it wasn’t for those reasons I would stay there again since is really close to the airport yet pretty quiet around the area.
