I have stayed here multiple times now, something that I generally don't do, when there are multiple hotels in the area, but due to friendliness of the staff, their willingness to accommodate the guest's need, it stands out in its service. It would be fair to say that I have developed acquaintances in this hotel over a period of time, and feel very comfortable staying here. Perhaps it's the Taj hotel vibe of "be an ambassador for the customer" that permeates their training.. in either case, highly recommend.
