We did not get the accommodation shown in the pic. We got Very tiny hard to move in the room. Very dark & gloomy as the lights were not working. Booked & paid for 6 nights but checked out after 3 days. We need to be compensated for this stay as they gave us the wrong one with terrible stay

Studio room was adequate and clean. Included a kitchenette, tables with chairs and sofa. Certainlyenough for two of us. Bathroom was very large. Staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Location was only about a block from the Aldgate tube station.

Too hot to sleep well in a nice place.
The reception team were very good, especially Simona. The location is excellent, close to public transport, eating options, supermarkets and tourist stuff too. The room was pretty modern and mostly in good condition.On the negative side, the bed was badly located for a couple, it was really dark, and far too hot for us to sleep.
