I arrived and my room wasn't ready for the 3PM check-in time, and wasn't ready until about 3:30. The next morning I ordered room service for breakfast, but the room service department was unavailable, so I had to leave my order with the front desk. After about 45mins of not receiving anything, I called the room service department again, to which they advised me that they never received the order. I then called the front desk to report this, and they told me that they had in fact put the order in. So it turned into this whole "he said, she said" ordeal that resulted in me losing an hour of my time. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service is far from what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. I was pretty disappointed with my stay, and for the price I paid, I regret not staying at one of the more established fine hotels.
