Customer service and comfort lacking
The stay was ok. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no wash clothes, no tea or coffee, the shower was extremely slippery. We arrived early and they were kind enough to hold our luggage however, once we were able to get our room and they offered to bring our bags up to us I had to call them over 2 hours later to find out why I had not gotten my luggage yet. I had observed several people getting upset because the front desk had not gotten taxis in time to take people to the airport. We decided to use Uber instead before how many times we had seen the issue come up. The maid service was incredible and our room was always well serviced.

Loved it! Super nice, clean, convenient andquiet. Shower was really nice with an adjustable shower head. Our flight had us arrive in the middle of the night and checking in was no problem. It’s basically on a metro stop which made getting around even easier. Would recommend.
