Was great value for the price. Though the building utilities are getting a bit dated. The reception staff especially Mr. Andre Rios was very helpful. Breakfast could have been better. But I guess for the price it was okay. Overall very happy with the stay.

The staff were friendly, location was great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I had a suite on the 8th floor. My only issue would be the site advertises AC and they do not have air conditioned rooms. That being said it appears no hotels in Manizales have AC either. The price and quality are good and I’ll be staying there again on my next trip which is already booked.

EL HOTEL EXCELENTE, pero tengo que señalar que del personal de recepcion, el Señor Andres que se encontraba el 31 de Diciembre en las horas de la tarde, si merece que se le haga una capacitacion de trato a la gente, porque es descortes, desatento casi que grosero con las personas y con una atencion de mala gana hacia los huespedes que deja una muy mala imagen de tan digno Hotel
