Best Location and Service
Hotel was in the best location, right at the foot of Charles Bridge. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and the service throughout the hotel was superb. Parking is difficult, so having a care isn't great. Parking garages are somewhat nearby, but still not convenient. Still, loved this hotel and highly recommend staying here.

A great hotel in an excellent location.
This hotel couldn't be in a better location. It's at the west end of the Charles Bridge. We had the attic room which was huge, but since there is no elevator, there were a lot of stairs to climb. Martin, at the front desk, helped us carry our luggage up, however, which made it a lot easier for us. He also helped to arrange the on street parking permit for us. The breakfast was also excellent. All the staff we had interactions with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Only 200m away from Carls Bridge. Tight streets. Not easy to find a parking space. We were lucky & got one only 50m away. The hotel registered our license plate for us, so we could park there until the next day. Very friendly service. Easy CheckIn/Out. Close to attractions and transportation
Due to flight delays we were unable to check in before 7pm. So our check in was a bit messy trying to find someone to let us into the hotel and our room. A young man Tommy was amazing and he didn’t even work at Hotel Ikona. He managed to make some calls and found keys to get us into our room for some much needed sleep. Other than this Hotel Ikona is fantastic. Great location, great room which was warm and spacious. The included breakfast was superb with both hot and cold options. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay at when visiting Prague.

Amazing!
The best hotel in our two weeks travel. We got upgraded to a superior room and it was massive. The staff is super friendly and they explained all the area surrounding the hotel during the check in. The property is very close to restaurants and Charles Bridge. You can take the Metro just a couple blocks away. The breakfast was amazing and cooked at the moment.

Stayed in the suite, other than hitting my head on the beams a few times it was absolutely first class. Great clean linens, a private balcony, tons of room to unpack. Absolutely without question the cleanest room I have ever been in. No shower, only a luxurious tub and wand which forced me to treat myself, only stay if you are good with stairs, but the breakfast was great. The neighborhood is ideal (So glad I stayed on this side of the river) Head to Lokál for an amazing beer! And walk through the multiple nearby gardens.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in! Right at the Charles Bridge, you cannot beat the location. The room is luxurious with a great bathroom! The staff are so friendly and helpful and give great tips on the area. The breakfast was included and had everything. Restaurants, stores, and the sites are all around. It was amazing!
