Owner Wore No Mask, Parked in Fire Lane
The owner of the hotel wore no mask though his staff and guests all did, and despite the fact that he was working within 2 feet of his own counter staff. When I asked him where his mask was, he made a lame excuse about it being nearby, and made not attempt to put on the mask or apologize. He parked his truck daily in the "Don't park - Fire Lane" both days of my stay. Such selfish behavior by the person who is most responsible for your comfort is appalling. I travel often to Indianapolis and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Small rooms & bathrooms . Barely had room to move or get dressed when there was only 3 of us . Paid over $100 for a box room .

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. It looks more like a cheap motel 6 and the first room they put me in smelled strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. They moved me to new room but it had cigarettes burns in the carpet abs I’m allergic to necrotic I get anaphylaxis. I had to take my allergy medication every night because my glands were swelling and my throat

Used, unclean room
We walked into our room and it was used. And our cousin was there and her room was used and still had peoples luggage in it. We will never go here again and we travel alot for wrestling. No towels at the pool. Non smoking but the hall ways smelled of smoke. With covid i dont appreciate me and my family walking intk a used room. And makes me wonder if anyone walked into our room while we were out.

The rooms were clean and nice but one of there staff was not so nice while i was trying to check in today. Accused me of smoking in front of my daughter and saying yeah we heard it before & telling me she's not here to argue with with me which she was. I am very disappointed in the customer service here it needs to be better and brought to corporates attention.

Good hotel. Smelled like smoke in the hallways though. Nice and friendly staff. Pool was open. Hot tub was actually too cold but they tried to fix it for us. Comfy bed. Would stay here again
