The room was very spactious, but the windows were the first impression of the room, and did not look clean. The bathroom also had areas the did not look clean. But over all was a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

Room 419. Most everything was great: clean, no odors or masking odors. It was quiet as well. Excellent continental breakfast. The only issue was that the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work (outlet on the right side of the mirror). Otherwise super.

I lost my car keys in the parking lot when I returned from my work office and they called me the next morning to ask me if I misplaced my car keys. It was such a relief. And breakfast was delicious. Everything was very well done: the hotel was clean, the room the same and spacious, and the continental breakfast better than most. The bathroom was designed particularly well--my wife loved it. Overall, the best hotel we have stayed at during our visits to the Charlotte area.
