Decent Stay
My family of 4 spent 3 nights. The manager had good communication and made sure we had what we needed. Maid service happened every night which was nice, but definitely not necessary. The floor was quite dirty and needed to be swept/mopped more often than it was.

Great property. Def worth a stay. There is no parking at the hotel but they have a collaboration with a parking garage a few minutes away. I would suggest parking your vehicle there and it was easy, no hassle.

We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful room! The only drawback was at the time of our stay there was quite a bit of noisy construction during the day. Very quiet at night, but difficult if you are trying to take an afternoon nap after walking all morning! Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, as the property and host were excellent!

Great value accommodation walking distance to centre no problem at all. Very quiet area and quiet at night. Very comfortable room, basic but has all you would need. Some people mentioned a breakfast, but to clarify there isn't a breakfast in this accommodation.

Very good location and very friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestion would be to replace the paper cups with proper ones in the room. The paper cups appear cheap and not environmentally friendly in an otherwise elegant setting.

Great place conveniently located.
Not exactly as advertised since there is construction in the interior patio that makes it unusable and there is no breakfast. That being said, they give you 10% at a nearby caffe for breakfast there. Or you can easily grab anything you want in one of the many caffes in the area. Great hotel, very clean and conveniently located. We’ll go back next time we are in Florence.

It was cute and has charm, but ehhhh probably a better guest house or hotel to stay at for the price. The walls are paper thin and I could hear convos in other rooms. The front desk not being 24/7 is a major problem as someone locked themselves out and kept buzzing to be let in when I was trying to sleep. When I tried to call a cab for the airport it didn’t work and the front desk person was nowhere to be found in the AM.

We were enthralled when we walked into our room and saw 16th century frescoes- apparently we were in the former chapel. Extremely quiet room and very stylish. Very unique setting overall and gracious service. Breakfast was served at table and delicious. If we visit Florence again we will definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased here after our stay in Rome. A little suspect as I entered the building, very nondescript. But my check in agent was awesome & very informative. I love the code system so no need to worry about a key. The room was always blowing ice cold. Enough room to move around & I like how it was arranged. Bed was comfy. Dark & quiet at night. We didn’t spend much retime at the room because there’s so much going on there. Only beef would be the size of the shower, we managed but a big person would struggle with the only place to clean up. I would certainly highly recommend and stay here again.

Great room and location, subpar customer service
The room itself was very nice but housekeeping was subpar, we stayed 4 nights and we don’t think the sheets were changed more than twice and there was one day where the housekeeper apparently forgot to take our trash with her and left a bag of trash inside our room next to the door. After we left we were told we needed to pay the tourist tax and were asked for credit card info over email or WhatsApp, wish they would have told us from the get go so I didn’t end up needing to share my credit card information over email or something similar. Staff is only at the desk for certain hours of the day so it is hard to get these things taken care of unless you are there when they are.

It’s a lovely hotel located very close to the Duomo. I had a single room that was very small, but well appointed. They valet parked my car and were very kind at check in and out. The room was clean and there was a large sitting are just outside of it that I would have used on a longer stay. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and I could hear people in the night, but after a day of walking around Florence , neither interfered with my sleep.

This hotel was amazing! By far, the best hotel we stayed in Italy. Everything was very clean and even the rooms smelled good. All the staff/concierge were very helpful, friendly, and professional. We wanted to stay longer! The staff was able to recommend and reserve restaurants for us. When we needed anything extra, the staff was able to accommodate. We had to skip breakfast and the staff still gave us a “to-go” breakfast. There are cute reading areas and garden areas throughout the property. There is an elevator. The room we stayed in was stunning and very comfortable. Next time we are in Florence, we will be staying here again! 12/10!

Worst experience ever!
Long black curly hair on my pillow and all over the floor. Thank god I brought slippers! After asking housekeeping to vacuum there was still hair. No place to keep items in the bathroom because the shelves were bent. Shower so small that my 6ft boyfriend couldn’t move. Mattresses so cheap that it was hard to sleep. Spend some more and stay at a proper place! Worst was the nonstop super loud construction work that was not even excused by management. Only a shallow shoulder shrug and total ignorance of the lack of sleep due to noise. Not even a quick apology. NEVER AGAIN!!!
