The hotel was above expectations. Exceptional staff on Reception and in the Breakfast Room. The bedroom was superb with the en-suite having extra additions such as the make up mirror. The location is excellent as situated ten minutes from the railway station and five minutes to the walled city. Thank you for a great stay.

A great place for a couple of nights, clean room and nice breakfast with a good cold buffet including gluten-free items. We didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa (closed on Sundays) or roof terrace but had a large room that was very comfortable.

Albergo Celide is a lovely place to spend your Lucca vacation. It's comfortable and quite with wonderful breakfast and nice spa. It's moments away by foot from the entrance to the walled city. Anna was delightful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She even booked two dinner reservations for us.

All the reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were exceptional. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the area which was beyond the control of the hotel. There was a noisy club next door and on one night there football celebrations with fireworks that would equal Disneyland set off in the street and car horns that lasted 3 hours.
