Oh where to start? Well lets see: there's no valet parking available even though it clearly states there is for 19 euros a night, so spent two hours trying to find parking midday on Easter Saturday... not fun. airconditioning, only available in the high season though on the website is does not state this. Hotel bar, there is one but they don't offer anything other than coffee and given you have coffee making facilities no one would use it even for this. price: BEWARE, hotel.com confirmed the booking price but when we paid on departure the hotel charged us another 30 euros because we had a triple with 2 ad and 2 ch- (for 2 children to have breakfast) even though on our booking we clearly stated it was that. hotel isn't so much a hotel as a floor in the middle of a residence apt block, the 4th floor to be precise, very strange. rooms were dated but very clean and of a good size. shower was pretty poor. breakfast was ok and adequate. hotel position was excellent but given that you cannot find parking in the middle of san remo most of the time why anyone would stay here I don't know unless you walked off the street. nice side sea view. complete trade descriptions falsehoods in the hotel description the main one being parking. totally let down by hotel.com on this and their customer service was absolutely atrocious.
