This was my second 3-week stay in one year at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants and quiet at night. It is a perfect place for your vacation to Palermo!!

5 stars for Roberta and her colleague (sorry I didn’t get her name), they made this stay what it was with their warmness and helpfulness. The room was very comfortable. Hotel conveniently located. I would recommend the restaurant just around the corner Quattro Passi, lovely staff and great seafood and pasta at very reasonable prices. I think cleaning of the room could be improved. On arrival a lot of hairs in the shower and black mould around the sink - wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay. On a day I asked for room to be cleaned, wine glasses weren’t changed. Cleaning products left in the room.

The location is perfect, not loud or crowded. Directly next to a Pacifico/sandwich place! My room was on the top floor and didn’t have a window so that is why I couldn’t give a perfect 5 star rating. Everything else was great. My friend got an upgrade due to unforscene circumstances and her room was like a palace. Both rooms had AC and great showers with beautiful Ortega amenities! I’d stay there again! Perfect location to historic sights and marina. Plus, once we figured out what street we were on it was easy driving with Google maps.

I booked a three-week stay at Arche Design Rooms and Suites and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, the breakfast every morning was great, and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of town, close to great restaurants and the opera house. This is a wonderful hotel you should consider when booking your vacation in Palermo!!

The hotel was fantastic, it was so peaceful, like a little oasis away from the bustle of the city. Annalisa and her team went out of their way to make me feel at home, to help with my plans, and answer any questions. The room was lovely - large, comfy bed, fantastic shower. Breakfast was great. The rooms are really great and the staff is very friendly and responsive. Be advised, no elevator in the building. The area around the property is a little dirty and parking and driving area a mess (just like the rest of Palermo). There isn't a ton of great restaurants or bars or things to do right next to the property but the main historical center of Palermo is only a 10-15 min walk.
