I spent only 2 nights here and what I saw of the area was quiet safe and friendly. It seemed to be an old part of town away from the tourist haunts. The lady manager and daughter and staff were very helpful. No lift and room in the top floor was a little inconvenient but overall a very nice stay.

Lovely little room, compact but everything we needed with private short and toilet. 10/15 minute walk into the centre. We had a room on the front of the hotel so on the main road, a little noisy but didn't notice anything when wore earplugs. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we would stay again.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and quiet to sleep in. The room is very comfortable and has a sink. The bathroom is shared with (maybe) just one other room but in 3 days I never saw it busy and it was always spotless. The staff is very nice and provided great advice on the city. There are stairs (like in many places in Europe) so not ideal when carrying very heavy suitcases, but totally doable. Breakfast is overlooking a beautiful patio that the building has in the lower stage, although there is a delicious coffee shop very nearby. I recommend it based on the experience and the price range for the city, again, perfect location.

Really friendly receptionist- our room was lovely and clean. Central location. No air con but the fan did the job for the most part ,room still quite hot though. Lovely terrace where we sat and had a coffee , warning the ‘coffee/tea in the common area‘ isn’t free (as it says in property description). Also water from taps was drinkable but warm.

Nice stay if you're staying only one night. If going in the summer, pay extra and get a hotel with AC. A fan was given, I was still sweating at night. This place might be ok in the winter , hard to sleep in the summer. No cafe places around, so difficult trying to find coffee in the morning. Even though we didn't leave door open for long the mosquitoes still got into the room. Staff was every helpful and room was clean. As an overweight American around 190 pounds, bathroom was extremely extremely small! Spend extra get a hotel with AC and within the main center.

Very cheap. Accommodating and responsive staff. I wanted a cheap place to stay that was no more than a half hour's walk from the sites of Florence and had a comfy bed with clean sheets (and clean in general), and not noisy. And that's what I got. I didn't try the breakfast, but I appreciated that it was an option. I mean, really, what more do you actually need? You're not hosting dinner parties, and if you spend much time in your room, you're doing Florence wrong.

Shower was in the room and shared bath where toilet was is right outside our room which is convenient. It’s on a busy street so we didn’t leave our window open at night. located right outside of ZTL zone so you can park your car near by, and 15 mins walk into center of florence. room is not in great condition. No safe. no water for the room, no coffee no tea no fridge, not even kettle. when try to borrow things from kitchen or leave somethings in the hotel fridge, they wont let you stating a thousand rules and reason why. carrying luggages up the stairs was a serious work out. staff was polite but unhelpful and unfriendly.

I went here in winter. The place was really cold. I got a cold at first night at this hotel and totally destroyed my Florence trip. The AC system had problem and also the radiators were off at the day time. When I asked the manager to turn on the radiator, he said "in Italy we turn off the radiators during the day and if you have problem go to another hotel."

Budget hotel with parking facilities if you travel by car. But a very busy street without any directly pleasant restaurants in the immediate area. Walking distance to the center, approx. 20 minutes. Offers a simple breakfast for 6 euros, which can be considered affordable. There is no AC, which is also stated in the description, but it was borderline too hot now in September, so I would not stay there during the summer. The shower doors don't close tightly at the bottom and there was a big puddle on the floor outside every time you showered. I would not choose this hotel again.

Good but some points to improve

It was a simple but ok hotel. For the price you it is expensive but in Florence everything is more expensive than France or Southern Italy. Points to improuve : - Sound isolation should be done for rooms who are seeing the road. So if you are choosing shared WC than ready to encounter some noise. I can not imagine how it would be possible to sleep in summer with open window. - If the hotel can provide water boiler for rooms to make your own tea than life would be easier. They are helpfull though, until 20h. they give you cup and hot water. Good points : - Helpfull stuff - Clean room and decent amonth of space - Good location, you can reach hearh of the city by walk in 20 min. Overall good hotel and I would stay again if I go to Florance but definitely at one of the rooms facing the garden, not the road :)

Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz im Zentrum, zum Dom geht man 15 Minuten. Da die Rezeption nur von 8-20 Uhr besetzt ist, hatte ich Angst, zu spät einzutreffen. Ich habe deshalb angerufen und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat mir erklärt, welche Straßenbahn ich nehmen soll und was ich machen soll, falls ich zu spät bin. Das Hotel selber ist sehr einfach. Hohe Stufen über mehrere Stockwerke ohne Lift ist mit schwerem Gepäck mühsam. Zimmer und Dusche waren etwas eng. Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem. Das Nötigste war aber vorhanden. Durch die nicht ganz zentrale Lage gab es in der Nähe einen Supermarkt, den man im Zentrum nicht findet, aber auch Bars und Bäckerein.
