Wonderful. My room was very large complete with water, tea, air conditioning, and bathroom. I had a short but very nice stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The gentleman at the front was very kind and courteous and helped me with my luggage. Which I greatly appreciated. He also called me a taxi in the morning.

A little hard to find but worth it when we did, very good location in the centre of beautiful Lucca. A very helpful guy on reception helped us with directions and taxis We had a large and very clean room in a lovely old house.

Stayed in Room #6. Check in was easy with electronic lock at from door. Rooms located on 2nd floor with no elevator so had to carry suitcases up. Staff was nice to inform us that within the city you need a car permit to drop off and pick up luggage (parking is not allowed within the city walls). Room was also quite inexpensive for the area. As for the room. Pros the washroom looked clean and renovated. The room was quite big with 2 large queen beds. Cons the rooms air conditioning was not working or at least I could not get it to work. The room was very dated and tile floors were cracked throughout. Tile grout of floors looked as if it had not been cleaning in the last 20 years. Would not stay again.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold her! Hyggeligt lille sted med få gæster, flot værelse og rigtig god placering i Lucca! Indtjekning var nem og der var god kommunikation med Stefan. Gratis kaffe, rent og pænt :-) Eneste minus var, at vi savnede en dyne (der var kun lagen), men det er jo en smagssag. Tak for et dejligt ophold!

Hotellet ligger bokstavligen ett stenkast från det vackra och myllrande Piazza San Michele, men ändå lugnt på natten. Trång dörr och brant trappa, ingen hiss, för att komma in med tunga väskor. Air conditioning kylde skönt men låt högt och droppade störande. Tjusigt och rent badrum. Mjuk säng. Kommunikation med hotellets Stefano gick smidigt via Whatsapp, han svarade på frågor och hjälpte till med tillfälligt parkeringstillstånd. Sammanfattningsvis ett perfekt hotell för ett besök i underbart vackra Lucca!
