Sheer punishment
Cheap and nasty run-down hotel with neither heart or soul. Some great people however, but that was the only plus point. No balcony, no hot water, wind screamed through window frames. basin blocked for 3 days. It was punishment to stay there.

Отличное расположение отеля, мебель в номерах целая, но новизной не отличается, уборка каждый день, чистое пастельное белье, в отеле есть бассейн, но в нем отколота плитка, есть развлекательная анимация, океан рядом, в отеле также есть стойка для заказа экскурсий. В целом неплохой отель за эти деньги.

The view of the beach from the balcony was nice. Our room maid was excellent. The elevators were terrible as they would jam up on floor 6 & 8. The plumbing was terrible, no pressure in shower or sink, leaks on the floor. Food was fair but lacked variety.

You can see they are trying hard to upgrade older facilities but headwinds include many maintenance issues, staff training issues and ongoing wifi restrictions and issues. I must say for the price, this facility is adequate. Ongoing shortages of food items and Wifi restrictions is endemic in Cuba but they cope.

Im 12. Stock, im Trackt mit 12 Geschossen, befindet sich eine Disco. Die Musik ist bis ins Erdgeschoss hörbar. Aus diesem Grund habe ich, nach endlosen Diskusionen, in den 8- geschossigen alten Trakt gewechselt. Für den bezahlten Preis erhielt ich ein schäbiges Zimmer mit einem entsprechend reparaturbedürftigen Bad. Zum Teil hatte ich verschiedentlich tagelang kein Warmwasser. Das Selbstbedienungsbuffet wurde regelmässig, vorwiegend von russischen Horden, überfallen und entsprechend auch für den tagesbedarf geplündert.
