The service is wonderful. The shuttle service is really convenient. Picked up from the airport and they provide shuttles to and from the nearest subway station. Keep in mind you will need a Chinese phone number to be able to contact them. The room is good, came with toiletries and wifi. You can get free chilled bottled water at the lobby. Keep in mind the actual GPS position of where the hotel is placed on the Expedia map is different from its actual location. It won't matter much as they offer shuttles to and from the hotel, but it will stop you from just walking to and from the airport.

The hotel is very run down, not as shown in pictures at all, the bed was super hard. The only way how to arrange airport pickup is to call them so you need to have a chinese number and they don't speak english at all so it's almost impossible... once you're there it's easier but still nothing I would come back to or recommend to anyone. I stayed there only during the day as i had a long layover, showered there, went to the city, came back and left. The place is in the middle of nowhere, taxi from the airport was around 6€ as I couldn't contact them for a pickup. The only good thing was they drive you to the airport and also to the nearest subway station, you need to change a train once to get tothe city and it costs 8cny one way so 16cny total

The most irritating factor was that i chose this hotel on the location showed when booking on your map. it was not near that location and took an hour to find. There is no way this is a four star hotel. More like 2.5. None of the staff could speak English.

The 24-hour airport subway station free transfer service is great. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience we had when we arrived in Guangzhou. Before checking in, the hotel would send me an email and you can contact the hotel front desk through WeChat. The email also provided a detailed description of how to pick me up at the airport. The driver was very enthusiastic about picking up my luggage, and the front desk sister was very considerate in answering some of my travel questions. I was very happy. The next day, they took me to the airport again, which was very convenient. There were also large shopping malls around the hotel for shopping, which was very good and worth recommending.

Este hotel deja mucho que desear, a pesar del gran trabajo de sus recepcionistas, chófer y personal de limpieza, que siempre están dispuestos para ayudar. El shuttle al aeropuerto, así como al metro son su mayor atractivo. Hay que avisarles antes y te recogen y llevan a varios lugares. En el apartado limpieza, esas cortinas y ropa de cama, deberían cambiarlas, dan muy mala imagen. Se agradece el agua gratis.
