My husband and I had a great stay! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very complete. Mahmud was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and also helped us plan some things to do during our stay. If I could give it 6stars, I would.

Stay was brilliant , an excellent view of the pyramids from both our room and over breakfast. We had some trouble with our taxi that we arranged but the manager happily helped out and got us a replacement at short notice that cost us less. So I can recommend this hotel enough.

What an incredible first stay – and definitely not my last! The staff here are absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. The owners of the hotel, 3 brothers, are all super lovely and helpful. They made me feel super safe as a solo female traveller and were ready to help with anything and everything I needed:) I definitely recommend this hotel for somewhere to stay. An excellent place to stay for my first time in Egypt. The rooms are comfortable and mine had an impressive view of the pyramids.They offer remarkable tours of various places, and worked within my budget. The surrounding area is somewhat dingy and there is lots of noise from the streets, but no matter where you stay in Giza, that is going to be the case. Ear plugs help.

Mahmoud was honestly an excellent host. Has also great staff to help. Also has tourism packages that can work for your convenience! Always had breakfast available and when we arrived at the end of the day would always offer drinks or asked if we needed anything! Def would recommend stay here when in Egypt!

The staff at the hotel are amazing and they offer some additional services with no charge, being polite, flexible and friendly. The room is serviceable but worth noting that it is next to a busy main road so could be quite loud.

I stayed for 7 days here at the start of March. The room was lovely and clean, with an awe-inspiring view of the pyramids. The brothers who run the place were always helpful and I had some conversations which I will cherish. I’d never been to Egypt before and they did their upmost to ensure my stay was memorable and that I was made feel safe and welcome. They organised tours for me and I was both humbled and honoured to be invited into their home for dinner.

So here’s the deal, the hotel itself is not in the best location and isn’t the cleanest but, the service, hospitality and friendliness of Ibraheem and his brother cannot be matched. They are wonderful people and will make sure you will have a fantastic time. Absolutely stay here for the family atmosphere, hospitality, and comfort knowing that you are in good hands.
