Though located @ a prominent location, property NOT maintained well. Amenities NOT found in the room-NO intercom,NO wifi, NO hot water on the day we arrived. But the staff were supportive.Breakfast quality can improve.

Good place to stay, mainly because of being close to both bus stations (main station, 5 minutes and private station, 1 minute - walking). Staff was nice, food was good in general. Wifi works erratically.

Staff not at all helpful - even rude. Can be very noisy as right next to the back of the Koyumbedu private bus stand - buses leave all during the night. I don't recommend this hotel.
