Room condition and service meet expectation. Enjoy the water challet scenary and swimming in the pool. Room for improvement on the food menu during breakfast and the small shop in the premise to sell snack and refreshment.

Well done to all the hotel crew. From the entrance to the reception to the restaurant, all of them are friendly and polite. Easy check-in and check out. Love the room and the view from the balcony, (11th storey, facing Melaka Straits) are superb. We like it so much. Many choices and delicious breakfast. .. No problem for parking lot. Hopefully will have another night here; next time.

Since it's a resort hotel, I booked a room that jutted out into the sea, but the view of the sea from the floor of the room was dirty and I couldn't see anything out to sea. The pool is also the size for children to play in, and is very different from the hotel guide photo. It's very inconvenient to go anywhere, and there's no place to go for a walk along the coast.
