This hotel is the perfect small intimate hotel. The location could not be better, it is right in the old city, bazaar, so you can come in during the day, have a rest, and go out again. The rooms are comfy and clean, wifi is excellent and the views from the back are wonderful. The best thing about this hotel is the attentive and helpful staff. The young people working here, some of whom are the owner's sons, are so informative and helpful and really love their city and give so many great ideas of where to go, where to eat, and tours that can bring the city to life for a visitor. The hotel arranged a 5 hour private tour of the hills around the city, including the tunnel under the airport through which people carried supplies during the Siege. It was an incredible experience, tour was so informative and we really learned so much about what the people here went through during the Siege of Sarajevo. We enjoyed coming back in the afternoon and making a cup of tea. Their recommendations for dinner was also terrific, from the local restaurants where the locals go, to the "splurge" hotel up on the hill with terrific views of the city. There was NOTHING I would complain about.
