Wonderful location with an amazing ocean view. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful, and since our flight was delayed for a few hours, they kindly allowed us a complimentary late check-out. We hope to be back soon!

The resort is great, and I highly recommend it! My only complaint is that the food and drinks at the hotel are WAY too expensive. The restaurant at the resort has mediocre food at best, which is unfortunate because everything else about the property is so good. They also have some of the lowest restaurant ratings in the area. Paying $16 for a drink at the pool is just too much when you can go into town and pay around $6 for the same drink. Other than that, the resort is awesome. The staff is great, the property is very clean and well maintained, and all of the bartenders were on point and actually took the time to remember your name. We loved the place and would definitely consider going back. We just wouldn’t plan on eating or drinking on the property next time.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the resort as it was clean updated. The rooms had miniature kitchenettes in them that you can make your own food and across the street was a big supermarket where we bought a lot of our food as well. The staff played games daily and gave out prizes as well as very was very helpful with any questions we hadI was really impressed with the valet services. They got our car that we had rented every time we needed it even if it was late at night or early in the morning I really appreciate that staff went above and beyond in the check-in and all those things at the hotel had were amazing.

The Hyatt Sirena Del Mar was fantastic! There were plenty of amenities, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. We took a Spanish class one day with Ricky, which was so much fun, and the Aqua Fit classes with Humberto were a great workout and a blast. Pools with views were beautiful! Wait staff were very attentive. The entertainment room with shuffle board, pool and foosball table was a hit for my son after swimming. Also, the private beach with chairs and umbrella that they had provided was such a nice touch.. We had an amazing stay, would definitely come back, and highly recommend this place! Muchisimas gracias!

They were doing construction during our stay, but that didn’t affect the quality of our trip. The resort was very nice, the staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The room included Tide detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, trash bags, dish soap and more. We were also close to grocery stores, shopping malls, and restaurants. The food at the onsite restaurant Estrella was amazing! Pool area was nice and had a lot of activities. My wife and I agreed that this will be the only hotel we stay at during our future visits to Cabo.
