Excellent staff, especially for Devraj Shetty, the concierge, who is a difference maker. Cleanliness is good all around the property. In the rooms, I suggest more thorough cleaning of armchair and side table.

Out of this world!
My stay here was out of this world. This hotel had exceptional staff, food, rooms and facilities. I would give it 11 out 10. My family enjoyed it so much that they want to stay here again. The staff here treat everyone like VIPS's. I thank all the staff from the cleaners, to waiters to reception to managers. They really care. I wish i could name all the people. I have Ashok Yadav and Narayan Dighe (Sous Chef) who always asked and served to your needs. The chap at concierge always remembered what you asked even it was 2 days old. Raj in the restaurant was another great manager. Well Done and Thanks
