This boutique was everything we could wish for. Our stay was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. We had a great stay at Firenze boutique rooms. The host Riccardo was so helpful and always available if needed to ask any questions. He also checked in to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely staying in the near future.

The rooms are clean and the building is secure. Ricardo is very attentive and accommodating. His response time is rapid and timely. He has a great knowledge of the area for restaurants and other services you may need, like laundry. Overall a really nice place to stay without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. Firstly the room was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay, it was perfectly situated and easy to walk to from the train station, and was close to many great restaurants etc. Many of the sights of Rome where easily walkable from the apartment. Riccardo our host was most helpful from the monent of booking until we checked out. Check-in was a breeze as was our check out. I highly recommend the apartments.

Fantastic central location. The room was large, spotless and sound proofed which enable us to have excellent sleep during our stay. All amenities including a hairdryer, lovely shower room, fridge, safe, sofa, TV and very comfy bed. Ricardo was always on hand for help and give advice on where to go. Ricardo is wonderful and available to FaceTime all times of the day and bends over backwards to get things done to improve your stay. When we first arrived, the elevator didn’t work, we’re in our 70’s and hauling our luggage three flights up was very difficult after having been up 30 hrs. No one had reported the elevator was out of order to Ricardo yet. When we called him he got it fixed while we took a nap. He’s the best and the room lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend.
