Staff was great. Hotel was not good.. Old, run down and not maintained. Broken glass all over in the parking lot. Old, torn carpet in hallways, and bad smells. No styrofoam cups for coffee, only plastic cups in room. Highway noise all night. Door did not fit frame, allowing hallway light in. Very disappointing.

Check in was quick and efficient, as were staff at both check in and check out. The room was clean and in good order. The bed was comfortable and everything worked, including instant hot water--important after a long day's motorcycle tour in cold weather. There were restaurants and coffee shops nearby. An excellent budget motel.

There are plenty of dinning options and it's convenient to the freway and five minutes to Pocatello airport. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. This is a good choice for a short stay.

To consider this Motel/Studio 6 a 3.5-Star property is an affront to all other hotel chains that uphold 3 and 4-Star ratings. Although the room was clean, the property as a whole is dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, we were woken up on Sunday morning at 7:15 AM by an impromptu concert in the hallway. Just as we were about to go back to sleep, we were then treated to a 3-minute domestic dispute in the hallway. While we were leaving about an hour later, we passed several intoxicated guests (?) right outside of our room. This property should not be rated 3.5 stars, and in doing so, Expedia has lost a lot of trust that has built up over the years. One bright spot at this property was the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly, courteous and even made time to chat with us whenever he saw us on property.

Room was clean and comfortable. Roku TV is a challenge if not familiar with it. Comfy bed, hot shower. On site restaurant a plus, Kerry and crew do a great job. Large parking lot great for those with trailers.

It is a very dated building. Inoperable but visible pool. No breakfast. Don’t believe room was fully cleaned after prior guests. Bedding was dirty, visible fingerprints/smudges on all glass, tv, headboard, as well as furniture.

There were rodent traps in the halls. Beer cans and cigarette butts outside the exits. The patio sliding doors were permanently locked. No pictures on the wall. No hair dryer or iron. The pool area was closed and abandoned. The hotel was a decent place back in the day.
