What a great resort! Not only is the view specular from the balconies but the rooms are also amazing with great facilities and thought-out layout. This four night stay was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the town with no noise from aircraft. The swimming pool near the main building was too cold as it did not get much sun but the one by the sea was a lovely temperature and the music was a chilled out vibe. Staff were always smiling and helpful, although checking in was far too slow and we had to spend a couple of hours in the restaurant from 3pm to 5pm before we could get into the room. However, this was made up for slightly with us being able to get late check out for one of our rooms so we could enjoy more of our last day. The rooms are spacious with good AC and water pressure in the showers was good too. Breakfast was varied with nice pastries and a crepe/waffle stand but no bacon which let down the english breakfast and the fruit could have been more varied. Coffee was great though. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing time in Labuan.

We had an amazing family holiday at Katamaran, the resort was clean, extremely comfortable and the service was top notch, all the staff were so lovely! Breakfast was great with menu that changes and they will pack up a breakfast pack if you have to leave early for an excursion. Food at both the Kliff and Layar Restaurants were also great. The one improvement to make is the sea bikes that we rented - wasn’t cheap but really the bikes needed replacing, didn’t even have pedals!

Spent 8 nights in the hotel. Amazing property with lovely staff and a lot of facilities. Live coral reef in front of the hotel with easy access from the jetty stairs allows nice snorkeling, I hope the management will take care of protecting it. One of the very few hotels in Labuan Bajo with such an a rare gift.

We loved our stay at Katamaran! The family suite was amazing. As you are slightly out of town it meant view of the islands are uninhibited, truly was beautiful. The staff were amazing with our kids. The food whilst it was good, felt like it was a little of everything, it could be simplified to a more authentic and simpler menu in my opinion but if you like lots of options, you’ve got it all!

Great luxury hotel

It’s a really great luxury hotel. Good rooms, nice pools and poolside cabanas. Amazing staff. Tasty food Downsides: it’s quite expensive vs other hotels in Indonesia. Also they hosted a BBQ each night that was very expensive, and the chicken served was not cooked through! Completely raw in the middle - so I’d avoid that and go to one of the other restaurants.

The toilet seat and around the sink hole were a little bit discoloured, but literally everything else about the property was perfection, very clean, absolutely lovely atmosphere. Incredible staff who truly pamper you. I had the most incredible stay and would likely go back if I returned to Labuan Bajo.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with amazing views of the ocean. The breakfast was divine! With so many good options. The staff are amazing and super friendly and supportive. Always available to help. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the house keeping staff left a really nice towel decoration on our bed. It was so cute. There are some really nice corals just around the hotel so great for snorkeling as well. Staying here was an amazing experience. Will 10/10 recommend
