8/10 Very good

Cute rooms, great staff. The only drawback was the sound of walking upstairs - and they woke me up at 5:30. I would stay here again. Like the town, too!

Nice clean rooms that had been updated. All room had a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Only 30 mins from University of Iowa campus. Would stay there again!

Wonderful little place. Staf was very friendly and accommodating, even had the air going before we got there. When we went to check out, asked how we slept. Room was very spacious and very clean.

Very friendly owner, fantastically clean property and clean room. We were talking about how we would actually go out of our way just to stay here or maybe stop by sometime again when we're visiting near the area to be away from the busier cities.

Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.

Everything within the control of the owner/manager was perfect. Location is a bit remote and the convenience store across the street closes VERY early but that is not the Motel's problem. Very clean and the owner couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for a Hawkeye football game weekend.

Highly recommend! Very lovely property that has been well maintained, the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfy. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were phenomenal! They had our room ready, bedside lamp on and all set up for us so we were able to go straight to our room when we arrived. Will definitely return!
