I really enjoyed staying at Pearl residence. Hotel. I stayed for 3 nights initially and then a week later for 2 more nights. The staff is excellent. There is a decent bar and restaurant area beside the pool. The rooms vary as some have been renovated and some still need it. I was happy to have rooms with a balcony. It was a good stay.

The hotel is very noisy. I had to cut my stay short after two nights and lost the money for the remaining days as i could no longer cancel my booking. At 6am when they open the restaurant/bar, they start palying loud music. There were people shouting in the middle of the night and the hotel could not do anything about it.

The room and bath are nice, they just need to attend the rooms better. The shampoo dispenser was empty, as was one of the two soap dispensers. Also, both power outlets on either side of the bed need to be replaced. They are unusable because you would have to manually push the plug in all the way and hold it like that. A large number of TV channels, but all in French. The semi-outdoor bar and eating area is next to the large pool and is very nice, but the prices for liquor are very high. Beer prices are good. Breakfast is good with poached eggs, sausage pieces with onions, potatoes, and more. The coffee was just okay - expected a little better.
