Basement unit of a residential house

Overall, the place was very nice and well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Clean unit, had plenty of towels, etc. Especially nice was the power recliner. Stand up shower. This is a basement unit of a regular house located in a residential neighborhood with sidewalks to walk dogs. Has a private entrance on the side of the house. Slider to access a fenced in back yard for pet. Brand new refrigerator, dish soap and some other supplies. Need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The owner was very accommodating and available to be sure you get in okay. Street parking for guests. Pet friendly and the owner has 2 dogs also.
