This was a fantastic hotel. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and very tastefully decorated. Everything was so well-designed and laid out. It was located a few minutes from the historic centre. We had 2 nights here and would have been happy to stay longer.

Hotel was absolutely charming. The room beautifully appointed. Excellent simple bathroom, including a bidet IN the toilet itself. A first but welcome. Everything has been clearly conceived to be top in a reasonably priced establishment. Delicious brasserie delightfully served by many attentive waiters/waitresses. I wish we had reason to pass by Puy en Velay more frequently!!

Regina is an excellent location for exploring the old part of Le Puy. The staff were very. helpful and we arranged car parking with them which was very useful. The Hotel restaurant was good and serves excellent food at a reasonable price.

L’hôtel est moderne, les chambres propres avec une petite touche personnelle. Le nom sur la porte correspond à une chanson qui est jouée dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner souper. Les deux repas que j’ai pris là-bas ont été au top. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le parking est pas très loin il est sécurisé. Le personnel est vraiment formidable très serviable très sympathique. Si je dois revenir au Puy j’irai dans cet hôtel
