We had a 3rd floor king room without the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resort. The grounds are beautiful, the room was roomy and quiet and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. We used the outdoor hot spring pool and cold plunge and enjoyed them. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning and although service was slow, it was pleasant and the food was good despite other reviewers saying it wasn't. We would definitely stay at this resort hotel again!

Despite a mix up regarding our room that was quickly resolved, we enjoyed our one night stay. Our private hot tub was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor felt very clinical (like I was visiting my grandma in her assisted living apartment). Nice hotel. Great pool and spa. The lady that helped us with breakfast was very nice. The rest of the staff at front desk not very helpful. The night and morning ladies not very good. The waitress at the restaurant was ok. Not so friendly. We tried a wine that was old and awful and she did not really care. The plum salad with burrata was delicious.

Location was peaceful and the hot springs were great! I usually don't use hot tubs because I can't tolerate really hot temperatures. Hot springs were just the right temperature. There is a cold bath available, too. The indoor swimming pool was the largest I have seen outside of Las Vegas and Hawaii. I recommend staying if in the area. Stevenson is just down the road if you prefer additional dining options.
