Great option for San Vito lo Capo. Veronica at reception is the best! Our room was exactly as pictured and comfortable. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Location is perfect for the beach. Breakfast was good and adequate, but was a bit pricey for the selection. We ate at the onsite restaurant. Our waiter was lovely, even though there were language difficulties we quickly found common ground. Do have to complain that the kitchen did not give us the couscous we ordered, and do not order steak, as this is something they do not know well. Otherwise the meal was great.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous town. Cefalu is spectacular,and this hotel is in a great location for a visit. Staff were also very helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent although the scrambled eggs and bacon were not hot.

Worst stay ever in over 20 years & 400 cities in Europe. Nasty and racist. Staff had an attitude to start, but one of our party was sent to emergency room because of unsafe conditions, no help or concern. When we asked for a normal receipt for our stay, we were refused and old white haired guy was laughing. When the men went out to catch a taxi at 10:30 am, the white haired guy bullied two older Asian woman and told them to get out of the lobby and out onto the street. Every other stay on this trip has been wonderful, except this place. They actually acted like it was inconvenience that a 70 year old woman was lying on the floor for 40 minwrithing in pain. No apology or concern, after returning from the emerg room not even "Are you ok?". Nothing. But we were quiet and respectful. The manager seemed to feel like a big man to bully some Asian woman out of site of their husbands. Reading other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Hotels dot com should not be associated with this hotel. You sit down for breakfast and they come and tell you have to sit at a different table and they do this to customer after customer. You ask where is a good restaurant, they tell you to just go around. you ask where you can get some drinking water, they refuse to tell you but try to sell you some water for 20 times the price in the grocery store a few blocks away. you tell them the emergency room doctor has recommended the patient rest another day, they say to walk around ask other hotels.
