Concert at the Zenith Metropole
We were going to the Zenith Metropole in Nantes and this hotel is ideal being just round the corner from it and by the main bus routes around the city if you want to travel into the centre as we did. Staff were great and the room was very quiet. Hotel was clean and well presented. Would definitely use again if we stay in the area.

Plus points: The hotel is not expensive and has a receptionist even late at night. There is a breakfast, which was quite OK, and I was given it for free when I asked as compensation for... The negative points: I was given a key to my room, which didn't work, was given a replacement key, which did work, but found a laptop and two phones charging in the room... which was neat and tidy but clearly occupied by another guest! I was then given another room... which had no towels in it. All this involved four separate trips (three of them up and down stairs with luggage) to sort out. The staff were friendly but inefficient, and giving me a key to someone else's room made me feel unsafe, that security was not sufficient.
