Impossible to communicate and reach to property.

Impossible to communicate with property and no vehicle access to the property. We were left stranded in middle of night with no communication whatsoever. They didn’t even refund the amount even though we could not reach their property as no vehicle was allowed and we can’t walk 3 kms with luggage.
