We chose this property because parking was an important requirement, and this was clearly communicated when booking. On arrival, there was no parking available.
What disappointed us most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability. Instead of apologising or trying to help, the staff blamed a welcome email sent while we were driving.
The property was also noisy, cleanliness was below expectations, and after a power outage around midnight, the air conditioning never worked properly again.
After speaking with several local restaurant owners, we were surprised by how poor the property’s local reputation appears to be. Unfortunately, that matched our experience.
