I booked three months in advance for two children and one adult. They replied back to me directly saying that they had triple rooms available. They never asked me anything else about my kids until I got there and when I arrived, they told me my kids were too big that they weren't Bambini's and I was going to have to pay 50 extra euro before going in the room in cash. So in three months, they could've asked me the age or size of my kids, but they waited till I got there told me my kids were too big. (They are under 18., so not sure how little they wanted them) and told me that the Italian government charges more for bigger kids. So I paid for the same triple room $50 euro more ,, with no receipt... hmmm.

Muy limpio !!! Para nosotras estuvo muy complicado el hecho que la salida es a las 10 am ya que el día antes llegámos a las 9 pm pero esas son las reglas de ellos .. recomiendo mucho un restaurante que está casi al frente . Es muy visitado. Además para visitar la basílica está realmente a pasos .
