It is part of a casino! That said, it is a very nice hotel, the apartments were clean and comfortable. Sabel was part of the cleaning team and was so friendly and nice. It is far from downtown Chicago.

Excellent stay. Great room and view. Easy access to all areas. Only one problem with checking out and asking for late check out, I was very disappointed, especially since I was asking for one hour extension.

6/10 Good

King bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The bathroom lights were push button behind the door, not convenient and no bathroom fan. Key card took a while to activate and actually work, staff assisted after several minutes at the elevator and rode up with is to ensure we were able to get in our room. Our room didn't come with a remote for the TV - called the front desk and they delivered one within a few minutes.
