Hotel location is excellent right by Narita station where nearby metro/train stations, also bus to Aeon shopping mall. Hotel offers shuttle bus to the airport & check in/out procedures were easy, fast, Excellent. Each floors had microwave ovens as well as ironing equipment which was another detail care for guests. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

It has a great location. Easy access to train station, airport, shopping and eateries. Also walking to sights like the Narita temple. Hotel has onsen to relax in and shuttle to airport a great plus. Room is a little small but has clever way to put away your luggages under the beds.

The room was small, as expected. But very useful. The soaking tub was great! The breakfast buffet had lots of options & was good. We got a room with two twins (my husband & I) & it seemed to have more room to move around than the single bed rooms. The beds were comfortable enough. Free shuttle from the airport. Great neighborhood with lots to eat! I would stay here again.

Extremely close to the train station, bus pick-ups, shuttle pick-up, and parking garages. The room we had could have been a bit cleaner. It had some mystery carpet stains near the desk. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the sleep yukata to wear.

convenient stay for airport travelers
close to station that directly takes you to NRT, with express trains too. hotel is located on the bottom of hill, station is higher up on hill, so getting to hotel may require some time on elevator/escalator leaving the station (look for the right exit) to save you from walking the ramp on side of road. otherwise, hotel offers direct bus service to airport, we called front desk to reserve our seats for the bus leaving the next morning.

Excellent business hotel
Excellent hotel very close to keisei narita station. Perfect for a layover. Very nice, clean and new feeling inside. I love the APA hotel chain and try to stay in this chain whenever I'm in Japan. Check-in is very easy on the machine, checkout is just dropping your card in the checkout box. Best Japanese business hotel chain. Highly recimmend.

Good Option near Narita
This hotel is a clean, safe, and very affordable (not fancy) hotel convenient to Narita Airport. The train station is just steps away. The included buffet breakfast is mainly Japanese-style but very good. I sent my large suitcase ahead and they can only accept it on the day of your arrival which worked out, but I had to speak to three employees to retrieve it. I was able to have late check-out for 1000 yen per hour. My only issue with the hotel was that I was told I could get the free airport shuttle at noon, but they don’t have it at that time. Language barrier!

Great stays at APA
APA Hotels have been one of our go to hotels while in Japan. Locations are great, properties are updated, well amenitied, clean, safe. Prices are competitive. For some reason, every time upon check in their computer system never recognizes my passport info thus prolonging/delaying the said matter. Thought it was a one time glitch but it happens always. Staff cannot explain why this happens as well.
