The property is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The first issue was the €40 room service delivery fee, which we found extremely excessive, especially since the restaurant is literally about one minute from the rooms. The hotel is around 20 minutes from Porto Cervo, and the road to reach it is very winding. The breakfast staff was wonderful extremely friendly, kind and attentive. We absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, our experience with reception was the opposite. Júlio at reception was very arrogant and sarcastic, and we felt poorly treated and unwelcome. The bedding also did not match the standard expected from a hotel of this category. The sheets were rough and the pillows very hard. There was also no shampoo or shower gel in our room. We requested them, but they were only delivered the following day. Although the property is beautiful and the breakfast team was lovely, we would not stay here again, mainly because of the way we were treated by the reception staff.

It’s a Nice place, breakfast ok, eggs a bit dull, but some varieties otherwise. There was noice all night from the “electric box” in the room, I was too tired to say something about it, so don’t blame the hotel personal for it. No iron. I expected maybe better breakfast, pools not heated, but views are nice. Relaxing place but not a 10 for me. Check in/out smooth.

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön angelegt mit traumhaften Blick und Pool. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal bemüht, leider dem Ansturm von vielen Gästen oder größeren Gruppen, die zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken, nicht immer gewachsen. Da verschiedene Personen zuständig sind für Aufnahme der Getränke oder Eierspeisen. Bei vielen Leuten konnte auch das Buffet nicht immer gleich nachbestückt werden (Teller, Essen etc.), daher entweder nicht zu den Stoßzeiten frühstücken gehen oder etwas Zeit mitbringen, was bei dem schönen Ausblick, wenn man draußen sitzt und im Urlaub ist, kein Problem darstellen sollte. Die Zimmer über dem Restaurant sind leider etwas laut, da auch Veranstaltungen stattfinden oder größere Gruppen mit gewisser Lautstärke im Außenbereich sitzen. Da es sonst sehr ruhig ist, kann es gerade abends/nachts als störend empfunden werden (Küchengeräusche, Schließen der großen Glastüren im Restaurant, was tw. zu später Stunde wirklich im Zimmer darüber sehr laut war). Morgens und mittags herrscht eine friedliche Stille. Personal ist freundlich, aber teilweise sehr schüchtern, ggf. auch wegen fehlender (englischer) Sprachkenntnisse. Einmal fehlten abends als wir heim kamen die Duschtücher, Rezeption jedoch besetzt und direkt Abhilfe geschaffen. Da unser Flug erst abends ging, durften wir länger im Zimmer bleiben und auf dem Gelände (Pool). Dafür ein riesen Dankeschön ! Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, ein bisschen Luft nach oben gibt es ja immer.
