Small but room was clean. Breakfast was nice selection. Staff super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Very close to the trade city and restaurants. Would recommend.

We liked our initial room until we realized that the A/C was not working. After a few hours, the A/C was still at 28C. We spoke to front desk and they sent an employee to check, but he couldn't figure it out. Front Desk suggested putting a fan in the room may help and they will have their expert repair the A/C tomorrow; if not, they will move use to another room. The temperature went down to 26C and stayed that way the whole night. Next day, they were still unable to fix the A/C, and we were moved to another room. We also used the hotel laundry service; my husband got his laundry back the same day, but I didn't get my pants back since I wanted it dry clean. No one informed me that if you dry clean your clothes, it doesn't come back the same day, and we had to leave for the airport at 6 a.m. the next day. Front Desk call the dry cleaning service, and I was able to get my pants back but it was still wet. Luckily hanging it in the room, it was almost completely dry by the time we had to leave for the airport. Even with the hiccups, our stay was pleasant enough, and Front Desk was extremely helpful and they do try their best to resolve any issues we have.
