AVOID !! THIS IS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE TO BE CALLED HOTEL, DIRTY, DANGEROUS (doors not locking well), NO TOILET IN THE ROOM, ZERO INSONORISATION..it's really really not sufficient, HOTELS.COM pleas remove this from website, it's a real loss of money. I had to leave and find another hotel closeby, impossible to stay at Cisne hotel.. :(:(:(

Bad place. They were digging up the road in front of the place. Very noisy inside the building as well. No bathroom in the room, and this was not clear when I booked. It’s a hostel! After 3 nights I left and asked for a refund. They are trying to sort this with Expedia. Bad experience overal.

The wall doesn't have sound proof, so it can be very noisy when others talking or closing the door. We stayed only a night so it was okay, but we kept waking up from other people making noise. So if you look for a quiet and peaceful in a room to sleep well this is not for you. But if you don't mind about it then it's fine. The room is hot because only fan, no AC.

La peor habitación de mi vida Entrada a las dos me dan la llave,entro y veo la cama sin hacer, todo sucio y olía humo de tabaco sospechoso. Sobre las cuatro vuelvo, me pusieron una sábana y echaron fufu para disimular el olor, además lo recnocieron .Me eche la siesta y me desperté mojado por una gotera que tenía encima de la cama. Al final me fui a dormir al coche. Se lo digo a la encargada y se ríe.....que para ella era normal todo. Recomiendo no ir porque podréis fastidiar las vacaciones.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für Backpacker wie mich. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, Lavabo und Kleiderschrank. Alles tipptopp sauber. Elektronisches Einchecken erforderlich. Einfach und schnell gemacht. Schlüssel bei der Zimmertür im Kästchen. Der Code wird elektronisch zu gesandt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

À partir du moment où vous avez sélectionné cet hôtel vous savez que vous aurez que le strict minimum mais l'essentiel c'est-à-dire un lit de l'électricité lavabo et une zone de douche à l'extérieur dans les parties communes donc il faut se contenter vu le prix

No recomendaría la estancia

La verdad no ha sido la mejor. Creo que es importante ofrecer calidad y si no es posible por el precio al menos ofrecer amabilidad. Escribí un WhatsApp haciendo una consulta y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido respuesta. El baño al ser compartido estaba todo el tiempo sucio, únicamente por la mañana que pasaban a limpiarlo. Creo que al haber tantas habitaciones se debería cuidar la higiene
