The hotel was filthy. Flours look like they had never been washed and had brown crunchy stuff all over them. There is mucus all over the walls and light switches.

Room was totally fine and the bed was comfortable. We did get out in a room that was for a disabled person and the shower would get water all over the bathroom floor. Sucked having to mop up water after every shower. It was annoying that the A/C in the room wouldn’t keep the room to the temp we wanted. It’s my fault for not checking for a pool, but for a hotel to not have a pool in Phoenix is weird. The hotel shouldn’t even mention the word Breakfast, as a couple different granola bars or coffee doesn’t qualify. My biggest knock was on the maids we encountered on two of our days. They were vest round, seemed annoyed to talk to us, and wouldn’t help with anything, almost seemed like they were racist towards white people. Another knock would be that we were there for 4 days, never had our room cleaned, and if you wanted towels, you had to go to the front desk for them. The fact that they don’t clean your room and you can’t sit trash outside your room for the maids to gather was crazy, that’s typically the standard everywhere we travel. Instead you had to take it to a trash room on the whole other side of the floor.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a last minute trip, booked here because others in our party booked here as well and spent close to $800 to stay here. Our very first night, My husband asked for some forks since nothing is provided in the kitchenette, and their little paper with the “rules” stated that you have to ask the front desk - so he did. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, had a nasty attitude, and would not give us any forks.. I went down later to ask for an extra blanket because my seven-year-old daughter was cold and the same lady refused to give me a blanket – Totally ridiculous, I’ve never heard of any hotel not accommodating their guests, especially with a simple request such as an extra blanket. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has an extra set of linens in their closet, but this hotel does not.. if you want fresh towels, you have to take your dirty ones down to the front and ask for clean ones, no pots and pans are provided. You have to go and ask for those as well-not convenient at all. Our walls were dirty, there were stains on the sheets and trash left under our bed. When we open the shade, you could see all the dirty grease marks on the headboard from where people put their heads.. GROSS There are tons of hotels in the area. SKIP THIS ONE. breakfast consisted of watered down coffee, nature valley granola bars, or Quaker, chewy granola bars, and yogurt and hard boiled eggs. A hard pass. - this is your warning!

The location is good, close to the Loop 202. Breakfast is not breakfast, they offer a granola bar, a hard boiled egg and coffee. Sorry, this is not breakfast and is very misleading.

Our room smelled like weed. You had to ask for everything at the front desk i.e. hair dryer toilet paper. Very basic budget hotel but the bed and pillows were comfy.

Got off to a bad start when given a room to stay in and it was not ready. We were given a new room, which smelled like crabs had been cooked in the room. We went out to see friends and when we returned it was better. Staff was trying their best. Just got off to a bad start. Will I tell friends to stay there. No.

2/10 Poor

I’ve been in 8 cities the past 60 days and this was BY FAR the worst of all the places I’ve stayed which surprised me because Extended Stays are usually pretty decent. When I first got there, the staff was nice and welcoming so I had high hopes, but then I got to the room. The room smelled terrible (like old Chinese food to be specific). We turned the vent on the microwave and the bathroom on full blast and it helped a little but the smell lingered in the room the full 3 days we were there. Then came the bed…we pulled back the covers and the sheets were dirty and stained. I called the front desk and they were short handed so she couldn’t bring anything up but said I could go down and pick up clean sheets…which I did. The room itself is a good size and has a nice “full size” fridge which was great, but there is no shampoo, soap, paper towels, or anything else that would be useful. I did pick up some soap at the same time as the sheets but you would think that should be a normal thing that is part of turning the room. Finally, the hotel advertises that breakfast is included…if that is breakfast, then I’m Santa Claus! “Breakfast” was a handful of granola bars and packaged boiled egged which were suspended in liquid in a plastic bag and looked disgusting. THAT’S IT!! And that was only there one of the mornings we were there. No juice, no milk, no bread, NOTHING!! So to summarize, the front staff was friendly but that is the only positive. I would avoid this place at all cost!

A very nice room in a well cared for building. The only surprise was that breakfast was only cold items such as granola bars, yogurt, apples, and instant oatmeal. There were no hot items like eggs or waffles. I am not sure if I missed that fact in the description or not but would have liked it to be called out more clearly as we ended up going to a restaurant for more breakfast options instead of eating at the hotel

We got in Thursday at midnight, check in was easy! Friday morning we had to be out of our room by 6:30 am (for our baseball game). Woke up at 5:30 am to shower- and found the restroom was not cleaned! No toilet paper, toilet was not scrubbed, and there was an old used soap bar in the shower!! we only had an hour to get ready so i quickly rinsed the shower and we all showered. We returned to the room at around 2pm. I called the front desk and told them. crystal was really helpful, was there in 30 mins and quickly cleaned the shower and brought me toilet paper. house cleaning eventually came the next day and the restroom was cleaned (including the toilet). the good thing is we didn’t really spend time inside the room- didn’t use the small kitchen. After finding that our restroom was not cleaned I was not comfortable using any of the kitchen. For $200 a night, it would have been nice to have a clean room/restroom. Staff was friendly- which helped but would not stay here again.
