The property is beautiful and so convenient to the airport! We found the staff was a bit difficult to deal with, particularly about our restaurant bill and credit card when we were trying to leave to catch a flight

10/10 Exceptional

I had a very late flight coming into Lima, arriving after midnight, and a 6:30am flight the following day so I spent two nights at this hotel. It was very comfortable and made the inconvenient flight times much more manageable. The hotel is new, modern, and very comfortable and the staff were all very polite and helpful. There is a small pool and hot tub in the basement and a restaurant that is open 24 hours per day, which were both very nice to have within the hotel. Overall, great stay and I would happily stay here again.
