Front desk Vivian very helpful, and we got upgraded, great location, across the street is a big night market, behind the hotel has a big shopping mall, and 10 mins drive to linnan world and the temple, only one thing the cleaning staff need more training, when we back to the hotel, we saw the cleaning trash plastic leave at the shower room floor 😂

Everything is amazing… but I’m a bit surprised that an international hotel has so few people that actually speak English. I mean… the few we found were extremely helpful but I literally was told that we had to wait until the person with good English finish dinner… not ideal. About the rest everything was great
