Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável, (parabéns pelo jogo de cama- lençol de alta qualidade). Seria perfeito se a vista não fosse para a área de serviço com um monte de entulhos. O atendimento foi excelente, receptivos e acolhedores. O café da manhã apesar de simples, foi fantástico, nota 10, tudo com muito sabor e capricho. A localização também nota 10. A piscina apesar de aquecida, não estava em uma temperatura agradável, mas a equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa e resolveu logo.

Localização e staff otimos. Porem fiquei em um quarto que é muito distante, pareche um “puchado” do hotel. Da recepção ao quarto passa por corredores que na chuva molha todo mundo de tanta goteira. Parece estar em reforma, então acredito que no futuro as instalações estarão melhores

Basicamente os pontos positivos são a proximidade de Capivari e o café da manhã que é simples porém com opção de solicitar uma omelete ou tapioca feito na hora. Apenas isso. Uma frustração foi a piscina não ser aquecida conforme informado. Quarto ok. Poderia ser mais barato pelo que oferece.
