Always a nice place to stay. Whilst the location itself is not as exciting as, say, staying in Stavanger, the hotel does good food, the rooms are very nice and the people are friendly.

The hotel itself was fine, the location was due to work the nearest one but there aren’t many facilities in the neighbourhood so you have to rely on the hotel restaurant often.

All great. Excellent hotel. Note that there isn’t much around it, short walking distance, other than Equinor offices, a small supermarket and a sushi place. Public transport to airport 20 min walk, but taxis come within minutes, but are much more expensive. Staff and facilities are excellent.

Bad beds, great staff and breakfast !
The beds may look like double beds but they are 2 single beds pushed together. They are not fixed to the wall or eachother which means you cant sit up and lean against the wall and neither can you sleep in the middle, also they are on a very slippery floor and unstable feet so when you turn around then the bed moves a lot ! The beds are also super uncomfortable. I travel a lot for work and visit many hotels each year and i must say this is close to the worse experience sleeping comfort wise ! The hotel has a great restaurant and the breakfast is one of the best ive seen, they even have emmilies corner where she makes some great waffles and serve you coffee, very nice... The staff was very nice !

Worth a look in Stavanger!
It is a business hotel, so as long as your expectations are in line, you should be OK with this property. The service is good, the restaurant has a very good breakfast, and despite a limited menu in the evening, served a nice meal. I found the staff were friendly but not intrusive there were no maintenance issues.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Scandic Stavanger Forus. Fine folk som jobber der og utrolig god kundeservice. Frokosten var også god med mye bra utvalg. Vi koste oss masse og hadde en nydelig helg her! Nærme bussen, bra treningsrom og trivelige ansatte. Anbefales!

Fikk feil rom i forhold til bestilling, dette ble rettet opp når jeg klagde. Det nye rommet var 24 grader, ventilasjon klarte vi ikke justere og det var ikke vindu som kunne åpnes. Sov dårlig på veldig varmt rom. Kun 1 svær hard pute. Ellers normal hotell standard, 3 stjerner. Litt støvete, men greit nok.

Lite valuta for pengene, men god standard
Det var skuffende at hotels.com viste bilder av lekeområde og skrev at dette fantes på hotellet. Det gjorde det ikke. Skliene på bildet er en del av hotellets faste tilbud. Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi der fremsto som det mest aktuelle for 6 åringen. Familierom er et rom med en sovesofa. Bare en stol og et stort tomt gulv, og omtrent ingen steder å gjøre av klær og koffereter gjør det veldig lite praktisk for noe annet enn en enkel overnatting. Vi hadde helgen der og dermed litt tid å slå ihjel. Buffeten til middag var minst en hundrelapp for dyr i forhold til kvalitet og utvalg. Et bra hotell for business, men ikke noe for familier.
