Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 17h. Couch bed not done. Curtains in our room hanging half of the rails which where broken. First morning the cleaning woman banging on our door at 9am as there was no sign to put on the door saying please don’t disturb. Breakfast was expensive for what there was on the buffet. The straff are very friendly.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, quiet and a good size. The hotel had only been open for about a month when we stayed there. the only negative was where the hotel was located. It is outside of the town in what appears to be an industrial park. It was quiet, but a little inconvenient.

Initial impressions. Hotel is in an industrial park-not a problem, we had a car. Reception area nice. Room was a corner studio. Very spacious and modern. TV wouldn’t connect to internet so wouldn’t work. Not a problem when only staying one night. Toilet lid was completely broken in half-there is no way the hotel wasn’t aware of this-half the lid was missing! Opened a kitchenette cupboard to find bits of cooked food. Definitely hadn’t been checked and cleaned. A shame because otherwise a very nice spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Basic hygiene let it down. Reported issues to reception.

Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt mit kleineren Abstrichen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Sauberkeit. Es war nicht stark verschmutzt, aber stellenweise sind Staub, Flecken auf den Fliesen und einzelne Tropfen aufgefallen. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, allerdings wirkten die Bettdecken ebenfalls etwas staubig. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, was den Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm gemacht hat.
