The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and there was a good parking area. However, the corner photo they posted gives the impression that this is a small, private villa with a cozy atmosphere. In reality, the hotel is part of a large complex, located next to a nightclub and a church. Because of this, you may occasionally hear some unusual or unexpected noises. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel and overall a pleasant place to stay.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had the best treatment ever as I was welcomed with cheerful smile and great hospitality. A lady called Sharon who welcomed me went out of her way to make me feel at home and made me settle in well. The room was a great standard and kitted out with all modern cons. I will definitely book here again. The close proximity to the mall makes it more ideal.

The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days.

There is NO spa at this hotel as was advertised by Expedia. Big disappointment, as that was a big reason for making the reservation. The WiFi is horrible. Every 45 seconds you get kicked off and have to switch to another network. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the Waterfront Mall. It's a safe area, mostly quiet.

Lovely and helpful staff. Location was pretty good for there is the waterfront with a few restaurants and supermarket down the street- extremely close. Room was pretty clean- with teapot and coffee/tea options. Just a little hair in the shower drain ( happens in most hotels but still a little offputting). Loud parties/noises happened randomly (due to other guests) at 2-3am but still a nice place to stay.

The breakfast was very limited and probably the weakest one I ever had in an hotel. Told the reception that I didn't want any room cleaning, but they still did and when I told them, they should I should have put the sign out but there weren't one to use. The safari that they offered is not to be recommended. had to wait 1h, 45 minutes before it started and the reception and the guide didn't communicate very well about the payment so that was awkward... My mistake, but no AC so the room got quite hot, but it was a nice room with a view. Some staff members were helpful and nice and it compensated.
